First of the sales representative (Gregory Cummings)was ruled then he lied through my hole process my appointment was 7:30 in the morning his computer black out he was upset about that ok once the computer was back i told him (Gre gory Cummings) I'm with Protect My Car and he needed to call them that they would take care of the bill , well he (Gregory Cummings)said he call and they didn't open til 9:00 am that was a lie cause i call and spoke with a rep he said no we open at 8am ok i went up to the front where the rep(Gregory Cummings) that works for your company and call PMC again your rep(Gregory Cummings) tryed to out talk and loud talk me and then again lied about i need to put more miles on the car before they will cover the cost that was a lie because i had only 33% life of the oil since i had it change and it was due that is why i call PMC the day before to get an appointment to bring my car in I will not neither will i refer anyone to this rep GREGORY CUMMINGS.
My appointment was made Monday, March 15 after three days I finally contacted them on March 17 they informed me that my vehicle would be done Thursday the 18th I was told my vehicle will be washed and after four days they made my wife wait while they told her it was going to be washed and brought the vehicle back dirtier than when they left with it this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership . I expected a lot more from a GMC dealership !
As usual, the service team did an excellent job once they had my 2016 Sierra. Everything that I asked them to check out for my upcoming 2000 mile trip to Alabama was done in a professional manner. The waiting area new furniture was vey much appreciated. This is a nice addition to the client waiting area. Thanks. Richard Miles
Everyone is no nice. Great communication from Alonzo and Eric. They both kept me informed of the status of repairs and when to expect the repairs to be done. And it was ready on the exact date. Greatly appreciated. The workmanship was also great. I never have complaints. I was very (happily) surprised at the low cost of the maintenance that we had done at the same time as the repairs from the accident. Thank you all.
Dealership was ready for me at my appointment time and was completed within 15 minutes of approximate time it would be ready. As always Kim Mursco, service adviser was there to meet me and take care of my Tahoe, she is an asset to your dealership.
