I wanted fitted Buick floor mats. I saw them online for$200. I was told the manager would give me his price. It was $200! Disappointed after spending $42,000 on a vehicle that I wasn't offered a % off.
Fast service, great customer service. Friendly and fast. My only comment would be if you would offer an vehicle cleaning as well at the time such as Ford does. I was owed a cleaning from when I bought the car but was not even mentioned as a possibility. thanks, Jessie
Started my experience with coming with an appointment for an oil change at 9am. There I was greeted and was informed my appointment was not in the system (Ok no big deal). The service advisor pulled up my information and was letting me know that I am getting close to the 30k mile mark and listed important maintenance items that need to be done. Grateful for the information I asked how long would it take to get it all done (3-4 hrs). At that point I declined to go ahead as I only had so much time before needing to go to work. I expect the advisor to nudge a little because we're all salesmen. This advisor continued to push and upon final decline explaining the lack of time I had she commented "Well don't come running to me when things break." At no point did I give an impression I was never going to get the service done just did not have time that day. A comment like that makes me question legitimacy of the work being done. So my truck is taken back to be serviced and I go to the waiting area. My GMC alerted me the oil change was done. I continued to wait for the advisor to come back and let me know all was done. An hour goes by waiting, when I came out to the service desks I realized the Advisor was the only one there on a Saturday morning. She hadn't gotten me in all that time because she was intaking other clients. Was it frustrating having to wait extra, yes but I've worked in similar environments when you are the only one when busy you have to just make the best of it. So I'm back in front of the service advisor again. When I purchased my Truck less than a year ago from the dealership I was told I had 3 free oil services through first year of owning the vehicle. At the service counter the advisor told me that did not exist (This is the second service the first one was free. What changed?). Frustrated and tired of being there I paid what was due and left. With any service done I expect some mess of some sort (Mechanic hands are only so clean) in this case steering when, stick shift, console nobs were grimy and gross to the touch. What i did not expect was the interior door handle was so covered upon getting in the truck my clothes on the left side now had grease stains along were they touched the door. I want to continue a relationship with this dealership through the life of my vehicle but at this past Saturday I am not sure if that will continue. I hope in sharing this brings a better experience those that come through.
