For heavier loads you need a stronger truck, and that is where the 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD comes in, with all the style and features you expect, but an extra helping of capability. No matter what size truck you need, Gainesville Buick GMC has it among our huge inventory. Our lot is in the heart of Gainesville, not far from Ocala, Palatka, Newberry, and Lake City, FL.
The 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD features most of the same equipment as the Sierra, but lacks the premium style and feel you only get at GMC.
If you aren’t buying the Work Truck trim of these trucks, which are equipped alike, you will get more for your money at GMC. The Sierra SLE comes standard with the Heavy Duty Trailering package, including the trailer brake controller, which is an extra cost option on the Chevy. You also get the 8” touchscreen IntelliLink infotainment system with smartphone apps and voice controls, while the Silverado makes do with a much smaller screen. LED cargo bed lighting is standard too.
Even if you are buying the fleet grade Work Truck trim, the GMC comes standard with a tougher, macho look. The Chevy Silverado is a nice truck and does the job, but the Sierra looks more muscular and capable. The key to this is the Sierra’s big, squared-off fender flairs and its more aggressive front end design.
At the top of the line the difference between the Sierra Denali and the Silverado LTZ is even greater. Features like power adjustable pedals, and ventilated seats are standard on the Denali, and not even offered on the LTZ. You also get a lot more flash with the Denali in the form of a unique chrome grille, Denali specific wheels, and a lot more bright rim.
Everyone knows Chevy and GMC share many hard parts, but GMC puts more effort into producing a premium product with a higher level of refinement and more standard features. Take the 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD for a test drive today at Gainesville Buick GMC, in the heart of Gainesville, FL, serving Newberry, Lake City, Palatka, and Ocala, FL.View Inventory
